We cannot recommend Cat highly enough! After rocking our daughter to sleep since birth and months of difficult split nights where she would be awake for hours, the change was almost immediate. She is now sleeping through the night and self-settling beautifully. The advice was practical, supportive and tailored to our family. It has honestly been life-changing for all of us!

Cat was recommended to us by a family member that had used her to improve their daughter’s sleep. Our at the time 18 month old daughter had always had difficulty with sleeping, and we had tried so many things. I was a little sceptical how much of a difference Cat could make and that she only had five star reviews, and was really happily surprised to see what a big impact the changes we made with Cat had. Our daughter went from months and months of frequent wakes, often hourly (or less) to waking 1-2 times per night which was huge for us. I would definitely recommend Cat, she was super helpful, we had a really significant improvement in sleep, and her practice involves supporting families with what they feel comfortable with, and no cry it out methods.

So thankful we found Catherine – we had her come for an in home visit to help with our 10 month old who was waking up multiple times a night and struggling to go down for day time naps in the cot.
