Cat has been such a gentle, considerate and empathetic help for us! She talks sense and has reassured me a number of times. Would recommend Cat for anyone wanting to know more about baby sleep and also for hands on support.

Cat is amazing! With a few little guided changes our daughter has started sleeping so much better! We were at a crossroads with not knowing what to do - and Cat cleared so many things up for us. We couldn’t be more thankful that our baby is now self settling & sleeping so much better!

So thankful we found Catherine - we had her come for an in home visit to help with our 10 month old who was waking up multiple times a night and struggling to go down for day time naps in the cot. We were clear that we didn’t want Ferber/other cry it out approaches and Catherine gave us a personalised plan tailored to our situation. Using Catherine’s advice we were able to get our daughter sleeping through the night within a week. Couldn’t recommend Catherine highly enough - our only regret is not seeing her sooner!
